SHIPMENTS, CHANGES AND RETURNS

POLICY FOR EXCHANGES AND/OR RETURNS

  1. Shipping Conditions

All products in stock will respect the indicated shipping times, unless announced beforehand (up to one week for national shipments and up to two weeks for international shipments).

For products made to order or out of stock, delivery times may vary and will be communicated by the Verbena Madrid team.

VERBENA Madrid is not responsible for variations in delivery times beyond its obligation or for extraordinary situations, nor for errors in shipping addresses provided by customers when placing their order or for absences during deliveries that delay or harm the commitment to deliver by VERBENA Madrid.

  1. Exchange and/or Return Conditions

If, once received, the customer is not satisfied with the product, they may return or exchange it within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of shipment of their order.

Changes or returns of used, damaged, or unsealed products (string that joins both earrings) will not be accepted, nor those that are not in their original packaging. Neither those made according to consumer and user specifications or clearly personalized.

Changes or returns are not allowed in masks in any case except for production defects.

  1. Exchange and/or Return by Mail

All exchanges and/or returns must be managed through the following link: https://return.iflastmile.com/verbenamadrid

The customer will bear the shipping costs. The shipping cost can be seen specified before formalizing the return in the link provided. This amount will be deducted from the refund. Returns sent at the receiver's expense will not be accepted under any circumstances.

In the specific case of exchanges, the new product will not be sent until the first one has been received, and its condition and condition have been verified by our team.

Any exchange and/or return of purchased items must be properly packaged in their original packaging.

  1. Refunds for Returns

All refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned product in our office, after verifying its condition and that it has not been used, through the same method used to make the purchase.

Please note that depending on your bank, the charge may take more or less days to appear on your account.

  1. Price Differences in Exchanges

In the event that the exchanged product is of a higher price than the new one, VERBENA Madrid will provide the difference in a voucher to be used exclusively in its online store (www.verbenamadrid.com) with a validity period of one year, and with which shipping costs inherent to the purchase cannot be paid.

In the event that the returned product is of a lower price than the new one, the customer must pay the difference prior to the shipment of the new product.

Prices marked at the time of exchange will be respected, and previous discounts or promotions that were active at the time of purchase will not apply.
