Shipping policy

Purchases made on the online store will be delivered by courier to the address provided by the buyer within a period of between two and seven business days for national shipments, and between three and eight business days for international shipments. (Please contact us via email at pedido@verbenamadrid.com or by phone at +34 676 657 470 for urgent shipments.)

Shipments are made through a private courier and it is the responsibility of the buyer to be available to receive the delivery.

In the case of custom or made-to-order items, delivery times are subject to artisanal production and will be specified at the time the order is placed.
